W2168 environmentally friendly, high-temperature-resistant impregnation resin is a Class C, solvent-free impregnation resin designed specifically for high-performance insulation impregnation processes. It is composed of high-quality raw materials, including high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin, refined modified heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin, high-purity reactive diluent, and a specialty curing agent. This resin features low viscosity and volatility, meeting environmental requirements.

This resin exhibits excellent compatibility with medium- and low-resin mica tapes and exhibits low volatility during the curing process. After curing, it exhibits high mechanical strength, low water absorption, and excellent resistance to heat, humidity, salt spray, mildew, moisture, low temperatures (down to -45°C), and Freon. It also offers excellent storage stability.

The use of a high-purity, environmentally friendly reactive diluent significantly increases the resin's saturated vapor pressure and flash point, facilitating enhanced vacuum levels during vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) processes while providing enhanced safety for equipment operation and the production environment. This resin is widely used in the VPI insulation impregnation process of wind turbines, as well as the insulation impregnation treatment of H- and C-class large and medium-sized high-voltage motors, electrical windings and special high-temperature resistant motors, providing reliable protection for the insulation performance of high-end motor equipment.
