CX3140D is a low-viscosity, room-temperature-curing, one-component silicone product that cures by cross-linking through moisture absorption. It exhibits excellent adhesion to PCBs, resulting in a tough, impact-resistant, and crack-resistant film. It can be easily applied by dipping, brushing, or spraying, and exhibits excellent high and low temperature resistance (-60°C to +200°C), excellent electrical insulation properties, aging resistance, UV resistance, and excellent resistance to moisture, dust, and harmful gases. It is ideal for providing comprehensive, "three-proof" protection for PCBs and electronic components.
